2022 NASCAR Cup Series - Ally 400

Nashville, the famed Music City, is the next stop for the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series with the Ally 400 and despite severe weather interruptions, intense racing action can't be stopped until the winner is named.

With the green flag waved, the action in Music City...until a lightning strike prompted the race to wave the red flag until further notice. As the race resumed under an "All Clear" sign, William Byron faces mechanical issues while Alex Bowman crashed while Chase Briscoe got caught in the fender bender. As Martin Truex Jr. wins Stage 1, Stage 2 saw another race interruption due to another lightning strike and the wet weather. As the race resumed again, it was another stage win for MTJ. As the final stage is set, Ryan Blaney and Chris Buescher got involved in a messy situation while a new race leader is charging through the finish line.

In the end, Chase Elliott wins the Ally 400 of the NASCAR Cup Series!

The next race is at Road America for the Kwik Trip 250 presented by JOCKEY Made in America this July 3rd.
