So, you had to admit that neither of these crossovers are good, right?
Kind of. The new Mitsubishi Outlander's a bit suitable for an average salaryman while the new Forester is kinda made for the outdoorsman. However, choosing which of these two crossovers is my pick is not easy. I mean look at it...

It's Free Willy vs. the ninja turtle...
(audience laughing)
Get it?
Yeah, I do get it now. I said that a few weeks ago...
Right, the news and with the announcement of the all new Forester, Subaru announced a new special edition model for the 2013MY Legacy range, which were tuned by STi.

2013 Subaru Legacy Touring Wagon tS |
So, the tS special model is back for a limited time only, eh?
Exactly, all of the STi peripherals, the suspension, the steering, as well as the speedo that converts from the JDM norm 180kmh to 260kmh, they're all equipped on this STi-tuned variants of the Touring Wagon and the B4.
Ahem, tell you what, I've been annoyed by some particular moron asking what is a top speed of some Japanese minivan and tell you what? YOU CAN'T MEASURE A JAPANESE CAR'S TOP SPEED YOU...SPEEDO BOY!
(audience laughing)
What are you talking about?
You see, in Japan, all Japanese-made cars have speedos that read up to 180kph. I'm not sure why but it's the Japanese government's policy. This also applies on some JDM sportscars in the 90's like for instance the Silvia, the Skyline, the Supra, the GTO (Mitsubishi), any 90's JDM cars you know. They do have the same problem. It's the 180kph speedo that sends JDM enthusiasts to an outrage.
You know that there are some Japanese cars that had an exception to the 180kph policy, like the Lexus, which is the luxury brand of Toyota Motor Corporation. Their cars used to have speedos that read up to 180kph but with some dramatic policy changes, the cars from Lexus had their speedos updated to either from either 220, 240, up to 260kph. The CT has a speedo that reads up to 220kph, the new GS we looked that up since January reads up to 260kph, the RX has a speedo reads up to 240kph.
Oh....
You know what other Japanese cars that were exempted to the 180kph regulation?
What is it Slow?
Lancer Evo. X - speedo reads up to 300kph. Mirage - made in Thailand, speedo reads up to 200kph. Nissan GT-R - speedo reads up to 340kph. There's more...or rather less...
Anything else?
I'll look that up...
(audience laughing)
Better move on to the next one because Captain Slow's slow at researching stuff. Anyway, for the first time ever, the Motor Trend 2013 Car of the Year is the Tesla Model S.

Tesla Model S |
No kidding! This electric sports sedan silently won the 2013 Car of the Year according to Motor Trend! So, any takers?
(audience murmuring)
Guess they're not talking...
Uh....I do...
(audience laughing)
Not now James! No time for you to blabber yourself because you're a waste of time!
(audience laughing)
Uh, hey now, did you watched the Top Gear 50 Years of Bond Cars special on BBC America?
Yes, indeed! But most memorable moment on the episode was this!
Most memorable moment ever, and hey, it's even better than making an invisible van using nothing but TV sets and some stuff...
Yeah, I know. But still, a James Bond-style submarine Lotus is more than enough to celebrate James Bond's 50th anniversary!
Yeah....Oh! Hey now, you know the upcoming BBC Children in Need 2012? Guess what? In this event, they're going to air the prologue to the upcoming Doctor Who 2012 Christmas Special, which will be airing this Christmas Day.
A prologue? Prequel?
Yeah, it's a one-off scene made for this year's Children in Need event and they're going to air the teaser trailer after this. Who's excited?
(audience murmuring)
They're all excited and oh, got some memo for the big moment...says here that in the Christmas special, The Doctor (Matt Smith) will meet up with an old ally.
Huh?
I read that on the official Doctor Who tumblr page...says here...
"
Welcome The Doctor (Matt Smith) and his newest companion (played by Jenna Louise-Coleman) as the two cross paths with the homoreptilian Silurian Madame Vastra (Neve McIntosh) and her cohort Jenny (Catrin Stewart)."
Wait a minute...Madame Vastra? And her cohort Jenny? Wasn't that from the episode called A Good Man Goes To War, the one when The Doctor assembles his own team of some sorts to rescue Amy Pond?
Yes. Seems that they're back on that Christmas episode. Speaking of which, Jenna Louise Coleman, the actress you've been longing for because of
souffle girl...
(audience laughing)
...is there. Hopefully, better start finding the best souffle recipes, James...Start looking for some delicious souffle recipes and then EGGS-STIR-MIN-ATE...
(audience laughing)
Hey now. There's going to be a sequel from the 2009 movie, Nativity and as I heard, David Tennant, who was the 10th Doctor from Christmas Day 2005 to New Year's Day 2010, was going to replace Martin Freeman, who was Dr. John Watson in BBC's Sherlock for the sequel. However, as I read through the BBC Anglophenia page, I find something really juicy, you know what I mean?
What juicy, Jezza?
It's this...
"
As we know, Freeman is tied up with Shelock and The Hobbit. While he will be missed, we welcome Tennant to take on the dual-role as the unsuspecting teacher Mr. Peterson who, with his class, goes up against his golden boy twin brother (also played by Tennant) in the primary school ‘Song for Christmas’ competition. Mr. Peterson isn’t alone in his quest with his lovely wife, played by Gavin and Stacey’s Joanna Page, in his corner. As well, the delightful and hilarious Marc Wooton (Nativity) makes his return as the good hearted but sometimes menacing teaching assistant Mr. Poppy."

See anything wrong?
Uh...Is it because Dr. John Watson being replaced by the 10th Doctor for Nativity 2: Danger in the Manger?
No. Look closely, Hammo...
Uh....
Look closely and look...
Uh...What is it?
Read: "
As we know, Freeman is tied up with Shelock and The Hobbit."
Oh....
See? Typo errors! Someone forgot the letter R in the name! Who's that? Shelock? Shelock Holmes?
(audience laughing)
This is what I found on tumblr about that typo in the Nativity II post:
"
You don’t know Shelock? Shelock Holmes and Docto John Watson? The fist two seies ae about his epic battle against Moiaty. It’s a geat show. Wee huge fans of Shelock."

Thanks for the heads up |
(audience laughing)
Seems that BBC America's Anglophenia page got some misspelling fail. Ha ha ha...
Yeah, who knows they wee wong...(laughing)
(audience laughing)
Ahem...enough of the laughter regarding Anglophenia spelling problems. Time to get serious...
What?
Tomorrow, I'm going to the 2012-2013 Seattle Auto Show at CenturyLink Field, which will run tomorrow up until Sunday.
Why?
The latest and hottest cars are featured. I go there every year...
Oh...okay...
Wanna go?
Oh, sorry fat guy. My hands are full...
Me too...
(audience laughing)
Fine! In fact, on that bombshell, that's the news! Be sure to pick up the copy of the newest Call of Duty game called Black Ops 2. Future-set warfare and it's best. Sure is enough to surprise attack your pals...
