Aw, looks like we're going to miss Yumeiro Patissiere because the author, Natsumi Matsumoto, told to her fans that YumePati is finished at Shueisha's Ribon magazine July 2011, on sale now. According to the article, Yumeiro Patissiere is declared up to 10 volumes since the manga debuted on 2008. It's about a young teenage girl named Ichigo Amano who attends to St. Mary Academy to perfect her baking skills with a little help from a spirit of sweets named Vanilla.

This manga was spawned into two anime series and it even has a video game under the title Yumeiro Patissiere My Sweets Cooking at Nintendo DS.

Looks like we're going to miss the delicious cakes and desserts offered on this anime. orz

With the manga ended, we're still waiting when will English versions of this manga come out soon!

That DS game based on the Yumeiro Patissiere manga and anime, Yumeiro Patissiere: My Sweets Cooking, never been tasted this good but this game makes it a perfect gift for a little girl who wanted to be just like the aspiring Ichigo Amano, the story's main character, in her quest to be the best pastry chef.

If you have a dream to be a pastry chef, just like Ichigo Amano, Yumeiro Patissiere My Sweets Cooking, is good game for you. It features more than 100 sweets recipes to cook, from the milfeulle (sounds tasty), milk crepe (yum), choco fondue (yummy), tiramisu (hey, I'm familiar with that pastry) and more.

You can also use the Wi-Fi to get more ingredients and recipes to grow your collection, but doing everything on this game seems to be a hard act to do if you want to inspire your pastry creativity. I guess this game would be a perfect birthday gift for your daughter (who aged from 6 - 10) or for your wife, your girlfriend or your best friend.

Fresh from the baking oven is not just a cake, and its not even the most delicious pastry served from the bakery. Its Yumeiro Patissiere Kirakira Music. Part-original soundtrack, part-drama cd, YumePati fans are going to relieve the tasty adventures of Ichigo Amano on her quest to be the best pastry chef with the help of Vanilla.

A quick rundown on this CD, tracks 1, 3 to 29 were the in-anime BGMs scored by Megumi Ohashi, while tracks 2 and 30 were TV sized versions of Yume ni Yell! Patissiere (opening theme sung by Mayumi Gojo) and Ichigo no Mirakuruuru (closing theme sung by Yukina Sugihara). Both full versions of these sold separately on a maxi single CD. Lastly, tracks 31 to 35 were five-part mini drama led by Ichigo Amano (CV: Aoi Yuki), Vanilla (CV: Ayana Taketatsu), and Makoto Kashino (CV: Nobuhiko Okamoto) respectively.

Expect this CD melt on your taste buds because this tasty treat will relive the entire Yumeiro Patissiere story in your ears, with the delicious mini-drama to indulge yourselves.
