The Revue Starlight franchise is just another ace on Bushiroad's sleeves ever since their Bang Dream franchise became a worldwide phenomenon. Began in 2017, this mixed multimedia project kicked off with a slew of stage plays, a 2018 TV anime aired on TBS, a Re:Live app game featuring new characters, and then there's last year's Rondo Rondo Rondo compilation movie where all of the TV anime episodes went to the cutting room floor and then conjoined into one compilation movie for the cinemagoers. It really is working as another success story for Bushiroad and with the Revue Starlight movie finally arrived in the cinemas, the biggest challenge has begun.

Set after the TV series, the stage girls of Seisho Music Academy prepare themselves for their biggest challenge yet. A challenge that will decide the fate of one of Seisho's finest battle-ready stage girls; Karen Aijo, Hikari Kagura, Mahiru Tsuyuzaki, Claudine Saijo, Maya Tendo, Junna Hoshimi, Nana Daiba, Futaba Isurugi, and Kaoruko Hanayagi.

Love it or hate it, this movie really is the closure fans are looking for, well almost, and with all of the drama, action, and music poured into the film just like the TV series, this is Revue Starlight at its very finest. 

This is proof that with the Revue Starlight movie the talk of the town, Bushiroad sure has the devil spirit to show the world that it's still the success story worth bragging for just like what they did with Bang Dream. For lovers of everything Bushiroad, it's a fan's dream come true, but for the haters, this is a meltdown that they will leave their tirades in a complete state of shock.

There's no sign of stopping the Starlight fever now.

Drawing from the success of BanG Dream!, the Shoujo Kageki Revue Starlight multimedia project delivered the new kind of entertainment for the fans, which involves stage girls using their combination of music and swashbuckling close-combat action to deliver the biggest thrill for the fans. So successful, it gained numerous music singles, more stage plays, a 2018 TV anime, a Revue Starlight Re:Live app game, and more. For the biggest Starlight experience, a compilation film that covers the entire Starlight anime has arrived and it's worth the wait in the midst of the new normal.

Shoujo Kageki Revue Starlight RONDO RONDO RONDO is a compilation film where all 12 episodes from the anime series rolled up, edited, and glued into one theatrical treat fans and newcomers are going to enjoy. This is the chance to get to know more about the Starlight Kukugumi, comprising of Karen Aijo (CV: Momoyo Koyama), Hikari Kagura (CV: Suzuko Mimori), Maya Tendo (CV: Maho Tomita), Junna Hoshimi (CV: Hinata Sato), Mahiru Tsuyuzaki (CV: Haruki Iwata), Nana Daiba (CV: Moeka Koizumi), Claudine Saijo (CV: Aina Aiba), Futaba Isurugi​ (CV: Teru Ikuta), and Kaoruko Hanayagi (CV: Ayasa Ito).

Avid Starlight fans who have watched the anime from beginning to the end need no words to describe it because this compilation film feels like the TV series two years ago but for those new to Starlight, some who got introduced from playing the Re:Live app game, will have the chance to witness the origin tale of the Starlight Kukugumi and how Karen Aijo strives to battle against every single stage girl for the main role. Long story short but you get the idea.

Revue Starlight did followed the secret to success learned from the BanG Dream! and like most Bushiroad-made franchises, some will hate it but most will love it because it is. Deep down, there's no hiding the fact that you love Starlight from the start. With the RONDO RONDO RONDO compilation film, there are plenty of reasons to smile about the Starlight Kukugumi. From their daily school life, thrilling close-quarters combat, and their knack of musical talent, nobody does it better than them.

Love it or hate it, RONDO RONDO RONDO shows that with the Shoujo Kageki Revue Starlight, Bushiroad sure knows how to pull the strings and has done since BanG Dream! a few years ago.

Hot on the heels in celebrating Revue Starlight Re LIVE's 1st anniversary, the Revue Starlight franchise has unleashed their revue album titled "La Revue Eternelle" featuring six acts performed by your favorite Starlight characters from the anime and in the game.

La Revue Eternelle

La Revue Eternelle is what the fans called it a birthday present for the Revue Starlight Re LIVE app game's first anniversary and this revue album features six mind-blowing and powerful revue songs performed by the cast.

The first act stars Futaba Isurugi​ (CV: Teru Ikuta), Kaoruko Hanayagi (CV: Ayasa Ito), Tamao Tomoe (CV: Tomori Kusunoki), and Rui Akikaze (CV: Risa Tsumugi) and it's titled 追って追われてシリウス. 

The second act, titled ゼウスの仲裁, is performed by Claudine Saijo (CV: Aina Aiba), Shiori Yumeoji (CV: Hikaru Tono), and Fumi Yumeoji (CV: Reo Kurachi). 

The third act called 御してぎょしゃ座 is performed by Junna Hoshimi (CV: Hinata Sato), Liu Meifan (CV: Yume Takeuchi), Yuyuko Tanaka (CV: Iori Saeki), and Lalafin Nonomiya (CV: Miyu Tomita). 

Fourth act's called 裏切りのクレタ by Maya Tendo (CV: Maho Tomita), Nana Daiba (CV: Moeka Koizumi), Michiru Otori (CV: Yuka Ozaki), Yachiyo Tsuruhime (CV: Haruka Kudo), Shizuka Kocho (CV: Mikoi Sasaki), and Tsukasa Ebisu (CV: Emiri Kato). 

After that, there's the penultimate act titled 1等星のプロキオン by Mahiru Tsuyuzaki (CV: Haruki Iwata), Ichie Otonashi (CV: Azumi Waki), Aruru Otsuki (CV: Megumi Han), and Misora Kano (CV: Ayana Taketatsu). 

And finally, the grand finale of the revue album, La Revue Eternelle, is performed by Karen Aijo (CV: Momoyo Koyama), Hikari Kagura (CV: Suzuko Mimori), and Akira Yukishiro (CV: Hotaru Nomoto). Titled 逆境のオリオン.

However, the school and the students are having a reputation as they said. Just ask Aruru Otsuki (CV: Megumi Han), Misora Kano (CV: Ayana Taketatsu), Shizuha Kocho (CV: Mikoi Sasaki), Tsukasa Ebisu (CV: Emiri Kato), and Lalafin Nonomiya (CV: Miyu Tomita). In the world of Revue Starlight, the Rinmeikan Jogakkou is once a prestigious academy with the goal of instilling its students with "Yamato Nadeshiko" ideals but due to a sharp decline of students, the school's courses are undergoing restructuring, and that meant dropping off its Performance Department for good.  Tamao Tomoe (CV: Tomori Kusunoki), Ichie Otonashi (CV: Azumi Waki), Fumi Yumeoji (CV: Reo Kurachi), Rui Akikaze (CV: Risa Tsumugi), and Yuyuko Tanaka (CV: Iori Saeki) are the school's stage girls who treated the Rinmeikan's Performance Department as their home and afraid of losing their beloved department they've poured so much blood, sweat, and tears for, they will risk everything to save it in a dog-eat-dog revue audition where everything's at stake.

The Siegfeld (pronounced seek-felt) Ongaku Gakuin is known as one of the most prestigious talent academies in history and the Edels of this academy comprising of Akira Yukishiro (CV: Hotaru Nomoto), Michiru Otori (CV: Yuka Ozaki), Liu Meifan (CV: Yume Takeuchi), Yachiyo Tsuruhime (CV: Haruka Kudo), and Shiori Yumeoji (CV: Hikaru Tono) are the Stage Girls to be feared and respected for. Question is, will you fight against them or fight alongside with them?

In this single CD inspired from the hit app game, fans can listen to their songs such as プラチナ・フォルテ and Rose Poems as well as their own rendition of the song, ディスカバリー!, just in case they had a blast using these songs to power up their climax powers during a heated revue.
