- The AFP is reducing its subsistence allowance to donate to Typhoon Carina victims. “The AFP is extending its support to the victims of Typhoon Carina by donating the equivalent of one meal from their Subsistence Allowance, amounting to P50.00 per member,” according to AFP chief Gen.
