The 2023 World Rally Championship returns to Japan for the season finale, the FORUM8 Rally Japan. All bets are off as the winners are going to be set to stone in this grueling finale set at the Land of the Rising Sun.
As Hyundai's Thierry Neuville performed great results at the Shakedown, he surged into the early lead while hometown hero Takamoto Katsuta, Dani Sordo, and Adrien Fourmaux faced disaster in the opening stages. As the rainy conditions took a toll on the competitors, Toyota Gazoo Racing's Elfyn Evans gave him the chance to bring Toyota's win to its home turf.
