As the green flag waved moments after Kevin Harvick's tribute run in honor of Harvick's retirement from Cup racing at the end of the season, the action in Atlanta is on.
In Stage 1, the #21 car loses control off the corner while Joey Logano made a power play to gain the lead...only it wasn't enough. As Ryan Blaney takes Stage 1, Stage 2 saw a nudge by Corey LaJoie send William Byron spinning followed by a disastrous spin by Kyle Larson, a would-be-the-big-one by LaJoie in Turn 2, and a collision course between the #48 and the #11. As Brad Keselowski wins Stage 2, the final stage saw Ryan Preece and Bubba Wallace get caught in a spin.
