- Hundreds of thousands were left without drinking water in the south of Ukraine after a major dam was destroyed. President Volodymyr Zelensky is pleading for international help.
- A new health alert was issued for parts of England as temperatures are expected to hit 30C over this weekend.
- The former legal team of Danny Masterson was sanctioned for leaking discovery material to the Church of Scientology in a rape trial. The information was used by the church to file a complaint to supervisors to the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office that the lead prosecutor was soliciting false testimony from Masterson's accusers.
