- Toll fees from the North Luzon Expressway will increase this June 15th. Within the NLEX Open System, the toll-fee increase will be 7 pesos for Class 1 vehicles, 17 pesos for Class 2 vehicles, and 19 pesos for Class 3 vehicles, raising the toll fee to 69, 172, and 206 pesos, respectively.
