Last weekend, the F1 2023 season got its Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix dropped due to flooding in Northern Italy. Aware of the situation, Formula 1 did community outreach to those affected by the floods. With their good deeds done, it's back to business with the prestigious Monaco Grand Prix which was set hours before the biggest IndyCar event of the year, the Indy 500.
As the lights went out, the Monaco Grand Prix is on with Max Verstappen making his first strike with his pole position. 11 laps later, Carlos Sainz tries a move but sustained damage on the front wing of the car. As Verstappen continues to dominate, the weather turned gloomy in Lap 52 and things get wet for the drivers. As the race nears its climax, there's no stopping Verstappen now, especially Fernando Alonso and Esteban Ocon maintaining their podium positions.
