- The Manila International Airport has implemented the "no pocket policy" for NAIA security personnel amid rising pickpocketing cases.

- The presumed debris from the missing air ambulance at Palawan has been found, according to the Philippine Coast Guard.

- Around 34 marine protected areas were affected by the recent oil spill in Oriental Mindoro, according to the DENR.

- US President Joe Biden and EU President Ursula von der Leyen will meet amid subsidies dispute. Von Der Leyen is discussing clean energy and supply chains with President Biden on the 10th of March, as European countries worry about new US subsidies that will hurt their economies.

- The virtual event with US Federal Reserve governor Christopher Waller was canceled after a Zoom videoconference was "hijacked" by a participant who displays pornographic images.

- The Brazil central bank has approved Meta's WhatsApp merchant payment system.

- Kia teases the EV9 electric SUV. It will be unveiled this March 15th.


- Renault Korea Motors teases the QM6 minor change and its new Quest variant. It will be unveiled this March 6th.



- The F1 Academy all-female racing series adds Maite Caceres to the list of participants. Caceres will represent Campos Racing.

- TOEI announced a new PreCure All-Stars movie titled PreCure All-Stars F. It will hit theaters this September 15th and it will feature 20 years of the PreCure franchise from the original to the latest Hirogaru Sky! PreCure.

- The Netflix original series Hellbound returns for its second season. Actor Kim Sung Chul replaces Yoo Ah In, currently under investigation for drug use, for the role of the New Truth Society founding leader Jung Jin Soo.

- Milwaukee Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo and Nashville Predators' Filip Forsberg are part of a new set of minority investors who bought a stake in MLS's Nashville SC.

- Soccer superstar Lionel Messi received a threat after gunmen attacked a supermarket owned by his in-laws in Rosario, Argentina.
