- The PBBM administration has approved the construction of the UP-PGH Cancer Center under a public-private partnership, according to NEDA Secretary Arsenio Balisacan.

- Twitter has announced that they're ending free API access next week, offering instead paid basic tier for developers.

- Ukraine hosted a summit for European leaders in Kyiv as it seeks to accelerate its bid to join the European Union.

- The Pentagon is tracking what's believed to be a Chinese surveillance balloon. Officials said the balloon entered US airspace two days ago and it flew through a number of sensitive sites.

- Congress in Peru has rejected another bill seeking to move forward elections later this year, including a proposed referendum to rewrite the constitution.

- Geely's Zeekr brand unveiled the X electric crossover ahead of its spring debut.

- Dentsu officials have admitted to rigging bids for Tokyo 2020 Olympics contracts as prosecutors also charge Aoki Holdings executives in connection to the bid-rigging scandal.

- Tennis player Nick Kyrgios pleaded guilty to the assault of his former girlfriend to the ground two years ago. The 2022 Wimbledon runner-up pleaded guilty in the Australian Capital Territory Magistrates Court to assaulting Chiara Passari during an argument in his hometown of Canberra in January 2021.

- WNBA player Breanna Stewart wrote on her Instagram post that she's leaving Seattle Storm, saying "it's not a goodbye, just a see you later."
