There are three races of the season and the Dixie Vodka 400 race of the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series, held at Homestead-Miami, is a key decider on who gets the right to be part of the Championship 4 and knock on Phoenix's door.
As the green flag waved, the action in Miami is on with the first stage witnessed the #45 car spinning from the top five, triggering the caution in the process. As Kyle Larson wins Stage 1, Stage 2 saw some big damage for Chase Briscoe and another stage win for Larson. As the end is near, Briscoe threw in the towel while Ryan Blaney spins, Tyler Reddick spun out of the race, and contact on pit road as Martin Truex Jr went backward into his pit box.
