The streets of Nashville, Tennessee, became a high-speed battleground for IndyCar's finest with the Big Machine Music City. Despite being interrupted by the lightning hold and the women's open final round because it's running long, that didn't stop them from delivering the most intense race in Music City.
As the green flag waved, the action in Music City is on, and for the second year in a row, Colton Herta got clipped to the wall while Alexander Rossi got spun and triggered a full course yellow. If that wasn't enough, Graham Rahal, Pato O Ward, and Dalton Kellett were part of a seven-car-disaster that forced them out of the race. As the climax draws near, the fight between the two Scotts, Dixon vs. McLaughlin, became too close to call.
