Spielberg's Red Bull Ring is the next stop for the F1 22 season with the Rolex Grosser Preis von Osterreich.
With the lights out, the Austrian Grand Prix kicked off...with Sergio Perez spinning off into the Turn 4 gravel after contact with George Russell but he returned to the race in last place. As the race reached its 12th lap, George Russel was slapped with a 5-second penalty for the incident with Perez. 30 laps have passed and Max Verstappen's in the lead while Charles Leclerc continues to hunt him down. As the two clash each other for the lead, Lap 58 saw Carlos Sainz Jr. throw in the towel due to engine failure. With Leclerc leading after Lap 60, the climax is where he's cashing out for the win.
