It's Sweet Home Alabama for the NTT IndyCar Series as the drivers are going all-out in a May Day scorcher of a race with the Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama.
With the green flag waved, the action in Barber Motorsport Park has begun and the drivers are flexing their muscles. In Lap 15, Tatiana Calderon went off track during a fight with Romain Grosjean in Turn 1. As the race reaches Lap 32, the #77 car got spun and went off track. Come Lap 40, Helio Castroneves nudged Jimmie Johnson out of commission. With 15 laps left, Colton Herta's attack on Scott McLaughlin got backfired and spun. As the race nears its end, all bets are off.
