Ending the loudest race weekend of the year is the longest race in NASCAR history. It's the Coca-Cola 600 held at Charlotte Motor Speedway and this Memorial Day weekend race is part of the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series.

A total of 413 laps, 18 cautions, a Lap 191 disaster that caught 12 cars, a red flag triggered when Chris Buescher was sent flipping following an accident by Daniel Suarez, and two overtimes triggered, the Coca-Cola 600 leg of the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series became what is known to be the longest race in NASCAR history.
At the end of the longest NASCAR race packed with 18 cautions, 2 overtimes, and a red flag, Denny Hamlin wins the Coca-Cola 600 race of the NASCAR Cup Series.
The next race is at the World Wide Technology Raceway for the Enjoy Illinois 300 this June 5th.
