- Ukraine called on the UN and other international bodies to do more to rescue civilians and provide aid to areas affected by the conflict with the Russians.

- European Union officials and parliamentarians agree on sweeping legislation which requires tech companies to remove harmful content from their platforms and websites.

- A special tribunal in Colombia has found over 5,700 people killed or missing in a campaign against a communist political party between 1984 and 2016.

- 4 people were hurt in a shootout in a market district of Washington D.C. Social media showed a video of a 23-year-old male firing his automatic rifle outside the school. The suspect committed suicide.

- Electronic Arts announced the F1 22 video game coming to consoles this July 1st.

- The new PlayStationPlus service will launch this late May in Asian markets outside Japan, June 1st in Japan, June 13 in the Americas, and June 22 in Europe. The updated service allows players to access modern titles as well as catalog titles from past PlayStation platforms. The essential tier costs 9.99 US Dollars plus tax per month while the premium tier costs 17.99 US dollars plus tax per month.

- The Shaman King TV anime reboot will return with a sequel series coming soon. Announced during the series finale.
