The 46th season of the PBA Governors' Cup faced lengthy delays due to COVID cases when this season began, but this season raged all the way until the final two teams have been assembled; the Ginebra San Miguel and the Meralco Bolts.
The two rival teams clash for the title in a best-of-seven match and Game 6 in the MOA Arena became the ultimate judgment between the two. It's a judgment whether GSM wins the championship or its Game 7 when Meralco wins. The former happened.
Originally, Game 6 would have been held in the Smart Araneta Coliseum last Wednesday but because of the fire, the showdown has been moved to the MOA Arena on Friday night.
Over 20,000 people have been gathered in the MOA Arena to witness the thrilling Game 6 of the PBA Governors' Cup finals and for GSM, their last four quarters of the season became an action thriller.
