As the lights went off, the action in Monaco kicked off with Mitch Evans holding the lead at the start of the race. As the attack mode activation zone in Monaco's gone live, the drivers are making great strides over the course of the Monaco E-Prix. It went well until when the race had twenty minutes left before the final lap, Pascal Wehrlen drops back through the field and therefore out of the race. Soon afterward, Oliver Rowland and Andre Lotterer got involved in the accident as well. As the race resumes with a few minutes left, it's an all-out clash to the finish line.
In the end, Stoffel Vandoorne wins the Monaco ePrix with Mitch Evans finishing 2nd and Jean-Eric Vergne finishing 3rd.
The next race of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship will be in Berlin from the 14th to the 15th of May, 2022.
