The streets of Long Beach, California, come to life, again, with the sounds of screeching tires coming out from the IMSA race cars as the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach event kicked off the week of Easter with intense street racing action strong enough to rattle the entire East Coast.

The #1 Cadillac Racing DPi pulled an impressive feat no IMSA racing team saw it coming. Started first, dropped last in the middle of the race, and clawed its way back to the top, this impossible feat saw the #1 Cadillac Racing DPi emerge as the winner of the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach. Meanwhile, the #3 Corvette Racing C8.R GTD won the PRO Class while the #1 Paul Miller Racing M4 GT3 won the GTD class.
The next race is at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca for the Hyundai Monterey Sports Car Championship presented by Motul from April 29th to May 1st, 2022.
