2022 Repco Supercars Championship - Beaurepaires Sydney SuperNight

The Repco Supercars Championship kicked off their 2022 season in Sydney Motorsport Park for their Beaurepaires Sydney SuperNight event and with darkness at the start and wetness in the climax, this is one helluva way to kickstart the new season of Supercars action.

Beginning with the first race set in the dark, Shane Van Gisbergen shines as he delivered his 55th career win from his 450th career start. Anton De Pasquale and Chaz Mostert, meanwhile, finished 2nd and 3rd. In the second race that set in wet conditions, following a disaster for SVG, Mostert emerged as the winner while Brodie Kostecki and De Pasquale completes the podium.

The next event is the NED Whisky Tasmania SuperSprint from the 26th to the 27th of March, 2022.
