Last year's champion, Shane Van Gisbergen, swept the entire race weekend like nothing happened, although the second race prematurely ended in a red flag following a major crash for Jack Le Brocq. His full sweep of the NED Whisky Tasmania SuperSprint extended his points lead and he's currently 67 points ahead of Anton De Pasquale, 562 vs 495.
The next race will be at Albert Park, Melbourne, running alongside the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix from the 7th to the 10th of April, 2022.
