Sin City is the next stop for the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series as the Pennzoil 400 race event of the season will see America's favorite drivers doubling down in the hopes of dominating the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. This is an all-or-nothing gamble even though this season is still fresh.
As the green flag waved, the action in Sin City is on. Stage 1 saw some pit trouble for Kyle Larson, a Justin Haley spin-out, and a close call for Ryan Blaney. With Alex Bowman winning Stage 1, Stage 2 saw Kurt Busch's fallout from 1st to 28th in one 12-lap run, Chase Briscoe and Kyle Busch going in hot, and disaster for Blaney. With Ross Chastain winning Stage 2, the finale is where all bets are off.

In the end, Alex Bowman wins the Pennzoil 400 of the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series.
The next race is at Phoenix Raceway for the Ruoff Mortgage 500 on the 13th of March, 2022.
