A few moments ago, Sebring welcomes back the FIA WEC for their season opener despite the race ending prematurely in the final hour of the race due to the oncoming storm. With the WEC's day in Sebring done abruptly, it's the turn of IMSA to pick up the pieces with the second outing of this season with the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring presented by Advance Auto Parts.

Unlike the WEC equivalent, IMSA's Sebring 12 hour endurance race is even more exciting because it delivers more drama and action than WEC's own 1000-mile race from sunrise to sunset.
As the sun sets in Sebring, the #02 Cadillac Racing DPi emerged as the winner of the Sebring 12 Hour endurance race. The #52 PR1 Mathiasen Motorsports won the LMP2 class, the Sean Creech Motorsport for the LMP3 class, #3 Corvette Racing for the PRO class, and the #47 Cetilar Racing for the GTD class.
The next race will be the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach from the 8th to the 10th of April, 2022.
