- A gunman killed one person and hurt four others in Jerusalem's Old City. Israeli authorities shot the suspect within the Western Wall.
- Chileans are heading to the polls two years after protests against social and economic inequalities.
- Abdalla Hamdok has been reinstated as Sudan's Prime Minister following a political agreement signed. The agreement sees Hamdok's return to lead a transitional government with all political prisoners freed.
- Mahan Air, Iran's second-largest airline, has been targeted by hackers in the latest string of cyberattacks. The airline said it neutralized the attack on its computer systems and all flights are on schedule.
- Poland says Belarus is still bringing migrants to its border. A Polish border guard said that the Belarusian servicemen brought about 100 migrants and refugees to its frontier.
- The initial cast of the Kamen Rider BLACK SUN movie has been announced. Hidetoshi Nishijima will play the titular Kamen Rider BLACK SUN while Tomoya Nakamura will play the role of Kamen Rider SHADOW MOON. It will be directed by Kazuya Shiraishi and will be released this 2022.
- Ferrari unveiled the third Icona vehicle, the Daytona SP3. The special model that is sold out prior to its announcement is powered by a 6.5L V12 engine producing 840PS of power and 697Nm of torque. Mated to a seven-speed F1 dual-clutch gearbox, it accelerates from 0-100kph in 2.85 seconds and has a top speed of over 340kph.
