The intense action of the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series continues at Talladega Superspeedway for the GEICO 500 race where moments kept fans flipped up high...literally.
As the green flag waved, the intense Dega campaign kicked off with the first stage saw Kyle Larson's car gone up in smoke, Bubba Wallace storms through the lead, the #96 car getting off the pits with the fuel tank attached, and then the accident involving Joey Logano, Brad Keselowski, and others. As Matt DiBenedetto wins Stage 1, Stage 2 gets even more noticing with Denny Hamlin got slapped with a penalty for speeding on pit road, Kurt Busch's day at Dega has gone in barbecues, and then the late-stage accident. As Bubba Wallace wins Stage 2, the final stage is at its wildest with Ricky Stenhouse Jr. goes for a slide while getting through the pits, and with ten laps to go, debris triggered a late-race restart.
