- Former US Vice President Joe Biden wins the highly-contested 2020 Presidential Elections and became the 46th US President after snagging Pennsylvania and the 270 target to defeat President Donald Trump.

- Moments after his election win, US President-Elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris delivered their victory speech at Chase Center in Wilmington, Delaware, thanking his supporters and vowed to "unify and restore" the United States.

- US President Donald Trump, meanwhile, shows no signs to concede and his supporters refuse to accept the results. The President arrived to the White House after his game of golf, notifying about his defeat. After making unproven claims about electoral fraud, the Trump campaign is pursuing legal actions.

- World leaders have congratulated US President-elect Joe Biden and his VP-elect Kamala Harris. UK PM Boris Johnson says he looks forward to work with him in issues such as climate change while Japan PM Yoshihide Suga says he wanted to boost US-Japan relations.
