- In PAGASA's 1700 hour bulletin, Typhoon Rolly is 345km east northeast of Virac, Cataduanes, with max sustained winds of 215kph and moves 25kph westward.

- PHIVOLCS warned that typhoon Rolly may trigger lahar flows near Mayon, Pinatubo, and Taal volcanoes.
