Another week, another race at the Nurburgring and it's the big one of course; the annual ADAC TOTAL 24-Hour Race which is happening after a quarter delay due to COVID-19. But before the world's ultimate endurance racing comes to life at The Green Hell, the boys of the FIA WTCR stepped in for the Race of Germany event where the clash of the titans come alive. No one says it's going to be this easy because this is the most challenging WTCR venue ever spawned.

The mayhem at The Green Hell comes alive with the Race of Germany leg of the 2020 FIA World Touring Car Cup, which is set before the big one, the 24-Hour Race, kicks in. Since it's held at the combined 24-Hour layout, touring car drivers brace themselves for what is known to be the most challenging WTCR venue ever spawned.

In the first race, Esteban Guerrieri successfully defeated Yvan Muller on the long fight towards victory lane despite the wet weather that made it challenging. In the last race, meanwhile Yann Ehrlacher overtook pole sitter Nestor Girolami and survive all the way to victory lane.

That's the end of the Race of Germany. The 2020 FIA WTCR continues at Slovakia Ring for the Race of Slovakia on the 10th to 11th of October.
