Mugello is Formula 1's brand new battleground for the first ever Tuscan Grand Prix where this race marks the 1000th grand prix for Scuderia Ferrari. Milestone aside, the newest F1 battleground is a real whopper for the drivers.

Mugello is proven to be a real whopper for the drivers in the first ever Tuscan Grand Prix. In fact, this race is disaster-packed at the start and goes all the way to the very end. The first lap saw Max Verstappen went off the track and out of the race. Then, there's Pierre Gasly got involved in a crash and there goes the big one at lap 6 where Giovinazzi, Latifi, Magnussen, and Sainz got involved in a wreck and survived. As the race resumes, the race gets even more intense until in Lap 44 where Stroll crashed at Turn 9. This race triggered two red flags.
Surviving through the Mugello disaster, Lewis Hamilton wins the first ever Tuscan Grand Prix with Valtteri Bottas finished 2nd and Alex Albon tasted his first podium with a third place finish.
Other finishers include Daniel Ricciardo, Sergio Perez, Lando Norris, Danil Kvyat, Charles Leclerc, Kimi Raikkonen, and Sebastian Vettel.
Next race is at Sochi for the VTB Russian Grand Prix on the 27th of September.
