The fight for the Final 8 has begun as the 2020 NASCAR Cup Series playoffs continues at Las Vegas Motor Speedway for the South Point 400.

As the green flag waved at Las Vegas, the fight for the Final 8 has begun and the first stage saw Denny Hamlin nicked his stage win. The second stage, meanwhile, saw Chase Elliott fought his way to the lead to nick his stage win. In the climax, it's disaster-filled all the way to the finish. There's a slide by the #38, a spin on the #24, and that's about it.
After all of the intense racing at Las Vegas, Kurt Busch wins the South Point 400 of the 2020 NASCAR Cup Series. His spot on the Final 8 is sealed.
The playoffs continues at Talladega Superspeedway for the YellaWood 500 on the 4th of October.
