- Some COVID-19 hospital data were removed from the CDC website after the Trump administration decided to reroute some info first to the White House

- The Trump administration named Michael Miklos as Deputy Administrator of the DHS's Transportation Security Administration, while Mary G. Vought and Daniel C. Schreck as member of the National Council on Disability.

- Georgia state local governments will not be able to order people to wear masks in public places, according to the new executive order signed by Governor Brian Kemp. 

- US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi condemned the DHS's response to violent Portland protests, calling law enforcement, in her tweet, stormtroopers.

- Philippine state-run television network, PTV, will be closed this Sunday, July 19, for disinfection. Broadcast resumes on Monday, July 20.

- Microsoft discontinues Xbox One X and One S consoles.

- Actor Haruma Miura passed away at age 30. Police are investigating death as possible suicide

- This year's 24 Hours of Le Mans have been rescheduled to the 19th to the 20th of September with a grid featuring 6 LMP1 cars, 24 LMP2s, 7 LMGTE Pro cars, and 23 LMGTE AMs.
