INDYCAR iRacing Challenge - American Red Cross Grand Prix

The 2020 season of the INDYCAR series may have been suspended because of the ever-evolving COVID-19 crisis but that doesn't mean that they're not racing for good because following other motorsport events that embraced the power of e-sports, the INDYCAR series went on that route by collaborating with racing simulator iRacing for the INDYCAR iRacing Challenge, where drivers from all sides of the world compete in online races while relaxing themselves at home.

The venue of the INDYCAR iRacing Challenge took place at the Watkins Glen in-game and the race is good for 45 laps.

Drivers from all sides of the world, especially Supercars champ Scott McLaughlin and NASCAR driver Jimmie Johnson, are gathered online for a virtual INDYCAR race where most are racing for charity and despite being virtual, the action feels like the real thing. From overtakes, damages, and all the drama involved, it's as close to the real INDYCAR race as they can get.

After 45 laps of virtual action on-track, Sage Karam is the winner of the American Red Cross Grand Prix at Watkins Glen, followed by Felix Rosenqvist and Will Power.

Other finishers include McLaughlin, Oliver Askew, Simon Pagenaud, and Josef Newgarden.
