WRC 2020: Rally Sweden
The 2020 World Rally Championship continues at Sweden for the Rally Sweden event as the drivers are trying to survive through the Scandinavian winter wonderland by all means necessary to keep their title fight hopes up and running. Although too early to tell, this event really brings the heat on the Scandinavian winter.
Throughout the early Friday stages to the climactic Sunday stages, Toyota Gazoo Racing driver Elfyin Evans shown dominance in the Scandinavian winter wonderland and such determination and grit made the Welsh driver the winner of this season's Rally Sweden at the overall time of 1:11.43.1. Hyundai driver Ott Tanak is 12.7 seconds behind Evans and another Toyota driver, Kalle Rovanpera, tasted his first podium finish with a third placer at 20.2 seconds behind Evans.
