Superhero movies still dominate the 2019 box office charts much like sport utility vehicles sold in high numbers this year and with Avengers Endgame bagged the biggest box office earnings in ages, it's no wonder 2019's a big year for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, this year isn't about big-time superhero flicks, there are other oddballs shown in cinemas such as a live-action Pokemon movie no one saw it coming, a Toy Story sequel, a Frozen sequel, a live action Lion King, and some others. However, behind the oddballs, there are some that made a massive impact in the world of movies such as Korea's Parasite and Japan's Weathering With You.
