The 2019 Formula 1 season has been one heck of a crazy season from start to finish and with the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the 2019 season has reached its final chapter for the drivers, even if its the last F1 race for Robert Kubica, who made a struggling but decent comeback after years of hiatus due to a certain accident. Needless to say, the season finale at Yas Marina Circuit really stirred some memories about what went wrong and what went right throughout the course of this season while ending it with a big donut.
In his 250th race, the world champion Lewis Hamilton bagged his Abu Dhabi win from his pole position advantage, not to mention setting a fastest lap time of 1:39.283, while Red Bull's Max Verstappen finished 2nd and Charles Leclerc, Ferrari's rising star, placed 3rd. Other finishers include Sebastian Vettel and Alex Albon respectively.
So, there we are, after 1262 laps raced throughout the rest of the season from Melbourne to Abu Dhabi with Lewis Hamilton bagged his sixth world champion title, the F1 2019 season has finally closed its book after a heck of a crazy season. With the 2019 season well and truly over, what will next year's season be? Only time will tell.
See you next season!
