- The Philippine National Police requires normal body mass index for police recruits. PNP chief Gen. Oscar Albayalde said that he had already directed the leadership of the National Police Training Institute to strictly require police recruits to maintain their body mass index before they graduate from rigid police basic training to become full-fledged police officers.

- Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana blasted on Sunday the statement of Chinese Ambassador Zhao Jianhua that Overseas Filipino Workers in China could also be accused of spying as the issue on the establishment of Philippine Offshore Gaming Operations near military camps flares up.

- Lamborghini unveiled a special Aventador SVJ 63 Roadster at the Monterey Car Week, which is crafted in collaboration with Lamborghini's Centro Stile and Ad Personam department. All 63 units have been sold out before the unveiling.



- Bugatti unveiled the special Centodieci machine, which is a modern-day interpretation of the legendary EB110 supercar. All 10 units have been sold out before unveiling.
