The action at the Tricky Triangle begins with some early trouble for Brad Keselowski when his car tapped the wall of the corner exit. Whereas Denny Hamlin and Martin Truex Jr. are having businesses on their own, Kyle Busch wins Stage 1. Onto stage 2, Chase Elliot's having a bad day when his car sustained damage. Crazy restarts aside, Jimmie Johnson won Stage 2 while Ryan Blaney got spun. Now, this is where the the triangle comes alive as Ryan Preece made a hard contact with the while while Kurt Busch and McDowell came into collision.
After one hell of a triangle thrash-up, Denny Hamlin survived the Tricky Triangle and won the Gander RV 400. No questions asked.
Next race is the GoBowling.com at the Glen at Watkins Glen International on the 4th of August.
