2019 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship - Mobil 1 Sportscar Grand Prix presented by Acura

IMSA's 50th anniversary celebration continues at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park for the Mobil 1 Sportscar Grand Prix presented by Acura and even if North America's premiere motorsport series goes "We the North" since Canada made a lot of headlines this summer following you-know-what, the IMSA action continues even if they're north from the border.

Once again, the Mazda Team Joest made headlines with their second win at the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship as the #77 car of Oliver Jarvis and Tristan Nunez drove all the way towards Victory Lane and a 1-2 finish alongside the #55 car as well. Whereas the #52 ORECA won the two-car LMP2 duel, the #912 Porsche 911 RSR driven by Earl Bamber and Laurens Vanthoor scored their fifth GTLM win and finally, the #96 Turner Motorsport M6 GT3 won the GTD class.
