- The Philippine government is expected to adopt its Miss Universe Catriona Gray-inspired roadmap to attain "A" credit rating by 2022. After the country earned a credit rating upgrade from Standard & Poor’s Global Ratings, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Deputy Governor Diwa Guinigundo said the government must perform its own “Catriona swirl” that will highlights the country’s sustained economic reforms to secure a higher credit rating.
- The Department of Justice has vowed to look into the latest matrix presented by Malacanang which showed that members of the opposition have been conspiring with other groups to discredit the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte and boost the chances of opposition bets in the May 13 polls.
