In the middle of what is known to be the loudest weekend in motorsport, the Spanish Grand Prix of the F1 2019 season, held at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, tops it all where all of the excitement and all of the drama keeps on unfolding in the heat of the battle.
The Spanish Grand Prix sees Mercedes-AMG dominating the season with their fifth 1-2 finish of the season with Lewis Hamilton winning the race and Valtteri Bottas placed 2nd, whereas the third placer goes to Red Bull driver Max Verstappen. Other finishers include the two Ferrari drivers Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc, Pierre Gasly, Kevin Magnussen, Carlos Sainz, Danil Kvyat, and Romain Grosjean.
Mercedes-AMG's fifth one-two finish really is a parting gift to their boss, Dieter Zetsche, as he is officially stepping down from his position after the race.
After the epic race at Catalunya, Hamilton leads with 112 points while Bottas is in 2nd with 105 points and Verstappen's in third with 66 points.
