ABB FIA Formula E S5: Paris ePrix

The city of Paris, France, has been pummeled to its darkest times following last week's Notre Dame fire that made the whole world stopped. This is why for the recent Paris ePrix, before the race, everyone in the ABB FIA Formula E are slowing things down to pay tribute to Notre Dame before setting off to what was known to be the first wet race in Formula E history.

The first half of the Paris ePrix is a bit of a mild chaos but when the rain came (or hail as some would say it), the race becomes even more chaotic as most Formula E drivers couldn't keep up with this new road condition. But in the end of what is known to be the first wet race in Formula E, Robin Frijns of Envision Virgin wins, continuing the streak of different winners in different races of the season, while Andre Lotterer of DS Techeetah is placed 2nd and Daniel Abt of Audi Sport completes the podium with a third place finisher.

Highlights:

After the chaotic wet race in Paris, Frijns now takes the lead from Lotterer by a point, 81-80, while BMW i's Antonio Felix Da Costa's now dropped to 11 points behind Frijns.

Will the streak continues or will it end? The next race of the ABB FIA Formula E Season 5 will be at Monaco Cote d'Azur for the Monaco ePrix on the 11th of May.
