Devil May Cry 5 (PS4) |
In this long awaited sequel of the DmC franchise, Devil May Cry 5 welcomes players to a demon-ravaged Red Grave City where the fate of the metropolis rests on three playable characters; Nero, Dante, and the mysterious new character named V.
These three playable characters take a lot of time mastering by yourselves because of the different skills they posses. Nero, who lost his right arm from the previous story and replaced with a mechanical one, wields weapons such as the Red Queen sword and the Blue Rose revolver while taking advantage of his new Devil Breaker attacks that will turn the tide to his favor. The original DmC hero Dante, meanwhile, is back for more, dishing out his classic weapons, moves, and his Devil Trigger attacks. The new character V takes a lot of time to learn how to master because he only fights with his demon familiars such as Shadow and Griffon.
The great thing with this game that everyone can be part of the action thanks to its Shared Single Play system. When connected online, you can experience the full action of DmC5 while teaming up with other players online for a more enjoyable feel. Whether if you are dealing with a horde of demons or powerful bosses, regardless of which difficulty you're on, rest assured that it's better to play as a group if you really need it.
Believe it or not, throughout the game, you can collect Red Orbs that will allow you to earn new and powerful skills. If you got some new skills, why not try it at the Void before setting off in real combat? As the opposition gets even harder to beat, rest assured that you'd need to be prepared with some new skills that will help you get through even the most difficult challenges ahead.
Oh, while you were pulling off some killer moves, why not take a good photo of it by using Photo Mode at the pause menu?
With Devil May Cry 5 finally raised hell once again, the stylish hack-and-slash action adventure game is back with a bloody vengeance and with its metropolis setting, three playable characters, online co-op, and some mad skills to learn, this is becoming to be the best DmC game in ages and with that, there's no argument for that.
