- According to PAGASA, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol, Eastern Visayas, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Aurora and Quezon will be cloudy with light rains due to amihan.

- Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered his Cabinet to address issues involved in land conversion cases and work to streamline and fast-track land conversion procedures to curb corruption.
