- Typhoon Rosita (Yutu) has left the Philippine Area of Responsibility but still affecting parts of Northern Luzon on All Saints' Day. PAGASA, in their 0400 bulletin, said the regions of Ilocos and Cordillera, Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by “Yutu”.
- Senator Loren Legarda said the Election Registration Board of Pandan, Antique has upheld the transfer of her voter registration in Barangay Mag-aba, Pandan, Antique. Legarda revealed that the ERB declared the oppositions to her registration as “baseless and premature.’’
