Forza Horizon 4

For half a decade, the Forza Horizon games take us to breathtaking places while driving some of the world's fastest cars in the backdrop of speed, music, and thrills only this open-world racing game can offer. From Colorado, Southern Europe, to Australia, every road is an adventure for the players and now, for its fourth outing, Horizon goes Britain. Great Britain.

The award winning open-world game is back in a brand new location and new surprises in store for the drivers as Forza Horizon 4 welcomes players to the English countryside where the majestic scenery isn't just the showstopper in the latest Horizon Festival venue, it's the home of the world's fastest cars players are looking forward to, including the cover car of the game, the all-new McLaren Senna. From hypercars, hot hatches, vintage cars, offroaders, even oddballs, every car has a story to tell and at the hands of the drivers, how they live it up is all up to them.

Of course, since this is Horizon, there are barn finds you might be looking out for. When you receive a rumor, just rush to the nearest barn find and wait until you can keep that treasure of yours and take it for a test drive. There are 15 barn finds you can find throughout the United Kingdom. Think you can find them all?

As a Horizon Festival participant, going out in style isn't just the cars you'll be driving. It's yourself and as you keep on playing, you can unlock outfits and emotes to personalize your driver.

As the Horizon games kept evolving not just the backdrop but also the time and weather as well, FH4 introduces players to seasonal changes where players can explore United Kingdom in spring, summer, autumn, and winter. While the seasonal changes look lovely, the tables will keep on turning for the drivers as no matter which racing venue they're on, the seasonal change adds some challenge into it.

Throughout the course of the Horizon Festival, players can complete different race types; be it Road Racing, Cross Country, or Dirt, in order to proceed to the next round. The more you finish, the more races you can unlock. Just like we learned back in Australia, you can create a Horizon blueprint on a race you're taking on and once made, other players can play yours as well. It's a work in progress but later on, you have the power to create your own tracks up to four miles of length. Creativity is a plus in the Horizon Festival.

Oh, and if you are up for more, you can take on other challenges as well and in addition to signature showcase events, you can take on newer ones such as the Stunt Driver chapters, World's Fastest Rentals, and other properties that will test your skill as a Horizon driver. Everybody wants to be part of your Horizon experience and with Horizon Life on, you can interact with other players online and take on races cooperatively or competitively. As for multiplayer, you can either take on them in a traditional way or form a team in either racing or playground games, just to spice things up.

If you think you are done with Horizon UK, think again because #FORZATHON returns in FH4 and it's even more bigger than before. With #FORZATHON, players can take on hourly, daily, and weekly challenges to score points needed to purchase items, rare cars not available in the showroom, and other goodies.

The Horizon games are every car enthusiast's driving heaven and with FH4, the British scenery, the wide range of vehicles, and multiple ways to play really makes this game one of the best racing games in ages and between you and me, this game could consider it their "last present" to Britain before the imminent Brexit. It's hard to imagine why the producers picked Britain for their latest installment but if that's the case, so be it. We're more than welcome to savor the final moments in Britain before Brexit. Now that's a bucket list worth living.
