- Monsoon rains will continue to affect Northern and Central Luzon on Tuesday due to the surge of habagat. According to PAGASA weather specialist Meno Mendoza, monsoon rains will be felt in La Union, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Abra, Apayao, Benguet, Ifugao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Zambales and Bataan.
- Six years after the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 under RA #10175 was signed into law, the Supreme Court issues rules of court in the issuance of warrants and related orders in the enforcement of punishable acts as provided in the law. In an administrative matter unanimously approved last month by all SC justices, the rules on warrants and orders involve “the preservation, disclosure, interception, search, seizure, and/or examination, as well as the custody, and destruction of computer data” under RA 10175.
