2018 NASCAR Monster Energy Cup - Go Bowling! At The Glen

Watkins Glen, New York, the setting for the Go Bowling! At The Glen race of the 2018 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series and in this historic racetrack, the best of NASCAR let their engines roar loud enough to be heard at the Big Apple and in the end, history has been made.

During the action in The Glen, Joey Logano went out of the track and he was therefore out at the start of the race. In Lap 4, Almirora got spun at Turn 7 and crashed while Martin Truex Jr wins Stage 1. Few laps later, Chase Elliot wins Stage 2 and then, there's trouble at the pit stop as tyre woes tripped one of Hamlin's pit crew while at Elliot's meanwhile, a pit crew got in a bit of a minor trouble but he was safe.

At the end of the race, Chase Elliot finally tasted his first win of his career after all that trouble at The Glen.

Next race is at Michigan International Speedway for the Consumers Energy 400 on the 12th of August.
