F1 2018: Hungarian GP

Before the Formula 1 drivers taking their much needed summer break, they are wrapping up their first cour of the F1 2018 season with the Hungarian Grand Prix, held at the Hungaroring, and the stakes couldn't get even more higher as this rollercoaster of a thriller keeps this season even more exciting the opportunity arises.

F1 2018: Hungarian GP

Lewis Hamilton of Mercedes shows sign of dominance in this Hungary thriller as he managed to hold off both Ferraris (Sebastian Vettel in 2nd, Kimi Raikkonen in 3rd) to extend his championship lead by 24 points - 213 to 189. What a way to finish the first cour of the F1 2018 season. Behind cheers for the Brit, there has been some trouble occurred, minor ones as demonstrated by Valtteri Bottas' light damage while trying to gun down Vettel for a podium finish but sadly, the minor damage cost him his podium finish and he was ended up finished 5th, behind Daniel Ricciardo of Red Bull.

Max Verstappen is facing an unlucky summer break as a power loss on his car ended his race weekend as well as Charles Leclerc and Stoffel Vandoorne for other reasons.

The F1 2018 season ended their first cour and the second cour begins at Belgium's Spa on the 26th of August.
